1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowStack ("the Service"), provided by FlowStack, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlowStack is a commercial SaaS platform that provides workflow automation, AI agent building, database services, observability, and related tools. The Service is available through onflowstack.com and associated subdomains.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
FlowStack offers Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise, and White-Label plans with monthly, yearly, and lifetime billing options. All payments are processed through Dodo Payments. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) overwhelm our infrastructure with abusive requests; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Enterprise plans include custom SLAs with dedicated infrastructure and priority support. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@onflowstack.com. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
